Everything is HANDMADE and made to ORDER please allow 1-2 weeks for processing time from the date of your order for your items to be made especially for you.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOUR ORDER IS RETURNED BECAUSE YOU PROVIDED THE WRONG ADDRESS YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR SHIPPING AGAIN. I WILL INVOICE YOU THE COST TO SHIP OUT AGAIN. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PAY FOR THE SHIIPING AGAIN THEN YOU WILL FORFIT THE ORDER AND AS STATED "NO REFUNDS"

Please keep in mind that shipping and processing time are separate so paying for expedited shipping does not speed up processing time. However, if you need a rush order please select "RUSH MY ORDER" option which is an additional charge, also you can send me an email at Karleighsbowtiqueshop@gmail.com.

Once a package is accepted by USPS, we are not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages. Please keep in mind we cannot control USPS delivery, but if your package seems to be lost, please reach out to us via email and we can help you open an investigation to locate your package.

If there is an error from OUR end such as we sent the wrong product, size or color from what you ordered or the product is damaged, then please contact us via email, phone or messenger and we will be happy to help you resolve the issue. You have 48 hours from when your order was received to contact us Karleighsbowtiqueshop@gmail.com 

Please send us pictures to Karleighsbowtiqueshop@gmail.com along with your order number explaining what is wrong with the item(s). After we have reviewed the issue, we will contact you with instructions on how to return your item(s). We will provide you with information on the process we take to replace your item(s).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of when the item is received and found defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
